Stamping

Stamping and forming - complete solutions for industry

Prasmet specializes in advanced metal forming techniques, offering a wide range of services for a variety of industries. Our many years of experience, modern machinery and qualified staff allow us to meet even the most demanding production challenges.

We also offer to make workpieces on automatic bending and stamping machines of the Bihler GRM 80, GRM 50, AT-200, AZT-1 and Wunsch types. There it is possible to perform very complex workpiece shapes (plastic machining) through the use of multiple bending sliders (welding and threading operations can also be performed on the Wunsch type machine). We drum, wash and, depending on the need, plating the manufactured workpieces made using plastic machining.

Benefits of professional metal stamping and forming

Metal forming offers a number of significant advantages over other manufacturing methods, such as laser burning:

  1. Ability to achieve complex shapes – allows the production of parts with complex geometries that are difficult or impossible to manufacture by other methods,
  1. Structural optimization – allows the creation of strong and rigid parts with lightweight construction, while reducing material consumption,
  1. High dimensional accuracy – often eliminates the need for additional finishing,
  1. Production efficiency – allows for rapid production of large batches of identical parts.

Thanks to these advantages, metal forming is widely used in many industries, such as automotive, electrical engineering and household appliance manufacturing.

What we offer?

Advanced stamping and forming technologies in Prasmet

Metal forming is a set of technological processes in which a material undergoes controlled plastic deformation.

At Prasmet, we perform a range of plastic forming operations, including:

  1. Punching – precise cutting of shapes from metal sheet or strip,
  2. Bending – forming parts by changing the angle of their surface,
  3. Stamping – shaping workpieces by pressing a stamp on the material,
  4. Re-stamping – forming indentations or convexities on the surface of a workpiece.

Thanks to the use of modern technology and specialized equipment, we are able to perform complex plastic machining operations with high precision and efficiency.

Modern stamping and forming machine park

Prasmet has an extensive and diverse machine park, which enables a wide range of plastic forming tasks to be carried out:

1. Eccentric presses with pressure from 2.5 to 100 tons – ideal for a variety of stamping and punching operations,

2. PYE 40 hydraulic press with a pressure of 40 tons – specialized for deep drawing operations,

3. PAWN 40 and PAWN 100 automatic presses – enabling multi-operation operations combining punching, bending, stamping and tapping,

4. High-speed presses of the SCHULER 50, PAD 25, PASU 40 and PASU 63 types – allowing punching of workpieces with a capacity exceeding 100 pieces per minute,

5. Bihler GRM 80, GRM 50, AT-200, AZT-1 and Wunsch type bending and stamping automatic machines – enabling the manufacture of very complex workpiece shapes through the use of multiple bending sliders.

Our machines allow us to work with a variety of materials, such as steel, brass, copper, aluminum and special alloy strips and sheets. We work exclusively with reputable steel mills and distributors, which guarantees the highest quality of raw materials used and stable processing conditions.

Comprehensive service and flexibility in stamping and forming production

At Prasmet, we focus on comprehensive customer service and a flexible approach to ongoing projects:

1. Design and manufacture of jigs – we have our own design office, which designs and manufactures specialized tools for metal forming. We can also use customer-supplied jigs.

2. A wide range of additional services – in addition to basic forming operations, we also offer associated services such as tumbling, washing and plating of parts.

3. Production flexibility – we are prepared both to carry out single orders and to undertake the production of entire packages of parts. Our organization allows us to quickly adapt to changing customer needs.

4. Effective technology transfer – we have extensive experience in transferring tools and adapting them to our machine park, which allows us to quickly start production.

5. Cost optimization – we operate according to the win-win principle, striving to optimize production costs, especially in the case of realization of larger detail packages. This allows us to offer competitive prices while maintaining the highest quality of service.
