PPAP Documentation is a set of requirements that the supplier must present before starting serial production. Thanks to this, the client can be sure that our services are at the highest level of implementation and can be calm using our services.
We control our products at every stage of production. We have our own measuring laboratory based on devices such as the WENZEL coordinate measuring machine, KEYENCE digital measuring microscope, hardness testers, measuring projectors, and each of our employees uses a caliper or micrometer
We have a quality management system certified in accordance with the ISO9001 standard. In addition, we are subject to customer audits – we meet the requirements set out in environmental and work safety standards. We are a sub-supplier in the automotive industry – we have been positively verified by the world’s largest automotive concerns, and we are currently working on the full implementation of IATF 16949 requirements.
We provide support in designing products, optimizing the structure and reducing the cost of the customer’s products. We do not require a drawing for valuation – we can make it ourselves based on sketches or patterns.
Based on the drawing of the final product, we design the devices and the process ourselves. Then we implement it on our machine park. The customer avoids the problem on the Designer-Tool manufacture-Parts producer, because Prasmet is responsible for all stages.
We specialize in the production of components used on our clients’ assembly lines. We can build a safety stock to ensure continuity of supply. Thanks to our own tool room and a large machine park – even in the event of a breakdown, we can continue the production process efficiently.
We enable product development – we quickly make modifications to products, samples of details with changed parameters or made of other materials. We are characterized by quick decision-making and flexibility for our clients.
We have been operating on the market as Prasmet since 2002. We are a manufacturer components used in the energy, automotive and lighting industries and household appliances. We cooperate not only with large global concerns, but also with Polish ones family businesses. Our business model is based on continuous, constant and stable cooperation.
We have many processes and we are constantly developing new ones. We produce turned, punched, bent and pressed elements. These are mainly special screws, sealing screws, nuts, actuator components.
